For autumn 2023 / winter 2024 we are serving private groups of up to 18 at the Fotografiska food bar. Paul Svensson + Ruth Osborne will share their knowledge and the lessons learnt from the project discussing how things are done more widely and how we do things a little differently, all served up with a side of disco.

So, prepare yourself for something that lies at the intersection between regular restaurant visit, performance and a lesson in sustainable agriculture where, based on the availability of ingredients, the menu and the show can and will change.

The meal will include 5 - 6 servings plus one surprise from the wild side. Ruth Osborne creates a truly unique beverage package - either with alcohol or “no + low" - to serve alongside your meal.
