Studio 2000 Podcast

The purpose of Studio 2000 is to explore possibilities and share ideas whilst challenge ourselves and others to be better  - perfectly aligned with our collaborators at Fotografiska Stockholm who consistently strive to inspire a more conscious world.

We do this in Gnesta where we farm at Erikslunds Gård and at the food bar at Fotografiska where we serve up meals and ideas. However, our ambition does not stop there as we aspire to reach beyond this bubble and create a strong on air voice that drives curiosity and development forward beyond us and those that are able to come and eat with us.

Podcast 2000 will take this energy and our philosophy and become a space to discuss how we eat, what we eat, global food culture and the importance of sharing meals. We will meet the people who are really pushing the boundaries and trying new things within our food systems, highlighting current research, topics of interest and the highs and lows of producing and serving the most important product for our survival –food!

A combination of live podcast Q + As recorded with audiences at Fotografiska Stockholm, reportage from around Sweden and beyond and live dinners, Podcast 2000 will always be fun filled, informative and investigative as we strive to meet the most interesting people, learn about the most interesting projects and ignite curiosity in us all.
